This soup y’all.…what is there not to say about this soup? It has become a staple around our house during the fall months…well let’s be honest we could make and eat this dish year-round..it’s seriously THAT good!
Ingredients
- 1 pound mild sausage
- 1 large box of chicken stock
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, cubed
- 1 bag of fresh baby spinach leaves
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes (undrained) or fresh grape tomatoes halved
- 1 bag frozen cheese tortellini noodles

Steps
- Brown and drain sausage and set to the side
- Add all ingredients, except noodles, to a crock pot and set on low

- Allow soup to cook on low for about 4 hours or until the cream cheese is completely melted and creamy
- 4. Add tortellini noodles about 15–20 minutes from serving
