Crockpot Creamy Sausage Tortellini Soup

This soup y’all….what is there not to say about this soup? It has become a staple around our house during the fall months…well let’s be honest we could make and eat this dish’s seriously THAT good!


  • 1 pound mild sausage
  • 1 large box of chicken stock
  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 bag of fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes (undrained) or fresh grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 bag frozen cheese tortellini noodles


  • Brown and drain sausage and set to the side
  • Add all ingredients, except noodles, to a crock pot and set on low
  • Allow soup to cook on low for about 4 hours or until the cream cheese is completely melted and creamy
  • 4. Add tortellini noodles about 15-20 minutes from serving

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 4 Hours

Yield: 8-12
