Today is a day of freshness and change around the homestead. We moved the old couch out to bring a new one that is more fitting for our space, the celeb turns decor has been replaced with some lovely new accents that I can’t wait to share and the workspace/warehouse is getting some love too. This is my jam. Moving here, to this homestead was everything I never knew I always wanted. Sure I wanted a unique home with lots of character but what we have is so much more. We love being home. The dresser➡️island conversion is coming along nicely thanks to @generalfinishes #milkpaint .
I am using a layering technique involving multiple colors, wax and scraping to achieve a years of layer and chippy paint look. Stay tuned for the final reveal later this week. .
